Skype currently does not offer Online Numbers from anywhere in Indonesia. You can purchase an Online Number in Australia, as Skype offers them in several locations - Canberra, the mainland state capitals, and areas around the capitals in Queensland, NSW, and Victoria. These numbers would be landline numbers - for example, I have an Online Number in Melbourne, which is 03 xxxx xxxx (or, for callers outside Australia, +61 3 xxxx xxxx). If you purchase an Online Number in Australia, callers would be charged just like calling a "normal" landline phone in the same area. This could be a local call if they were in the same area as your number, or a long-distance call if they call from some other part of Australia to that number. When you are logged into Skype, it would cost you nothing from Skype to receive those calls.
