Please note after the merger of skype with teams, Self moved to the teams using the same ID which i was using for the skype as the skype group where I was a member could not add me with my existing teams office ID. I have Skype credit so when I launched the dialpad from the Teams app it opened a tab in Edge. I tried to make a call but it made no sound. I tried to test the audio via Settings and it was silent.
