virus sending out messages

Virus (or something) is sending messages to my contacte with texts:

hahaha foto picture?
OMG is this your picture?
And creating group conversation every time. What should I do?

I got a call today from an electronic voice which interupted a call I was on. It was persistent. I finally answered.
Is this a Hacker? I have not done what the electronic voice asked, which was about a
Skype protection service and that I should go to the following website IMMEDIATELY and click on the website
[invalid URL] to reactivate security protection !?!
Anyone know what this is about?

it's a scam, but doesn't necessarily means that your account was hacked or compromised (unless you visited the site mentioned in that call). please visit the thread below for instructions and suggestions on how to deal with such unwanted and suspicious activities;
