skype to go - Mobile number identification

Hi there,

I have been asked for several times to complete the two-step identification process when using my skype to go through my registered mobile phone. I entered both the right mobile number which is 0044 followed by my mobile phone number and the correct pin, but the system still cannot recognize me and let me use my skype to go. It has spent me large amount of time, really looking forward for your help.
