I got a mail from email@example.com on the 8th, Feb,2012, saying that my credits (about EUR3.96) would be unactivated within 30 days. At that time I didn't care it too much because I'm not frequent user.
In April, one day i wanted to place an international call, and surprised find that my credit was 0 in my account.
Please investgate that this is a technical problem or theft? For me, this is a theft case.
