adding request

i have a problem with adding requests. When i sign in i always find at least 1 adding request from people i don't know. I'm really sick of "decline"ing them. So is there anyway to prevent others to send me those request. I'll be glad if you can help. Thanks.

Sorry - there's not. We have to allow users who have not previously contacted someone to do so. Otherwise genuine requests would also get blocked. Once a request is declined, however, that same user is prevented from contacting you again.
