When updating my email address (we have changed providers) it is asking me for a password. Enter the password (which i used to logon with) and it gives me an error message "400 bad request"

I have a similar problem - I have added a new email address but when I try to change it to primary email, I get a pop-up asking to confirm password, however it rejects my password every time...
