There is no customer service for skype, and trying to talk to an human is impossible. I have been looking all day for a way to contact skype directly with no avail.
Skype does not maintain a customer service call-in facility. That said, Skype Premium subscribers are eligible for live customer service chat; a "Day Pass" may also be purchased: Skype Premium
