Skype keeps sending me Confirmation codes to my phone and it won't stop

I'm seriously ticked off right now. I never signed up for SMS messaging, nor did i click any options for caller ID. SO WHY DO I KEEP GETTING TEXTS THAT SAYS "Your confirmation code for Caller ID is (a code or something).." Can someone seriously help me? It's also happening to my other friend she's just as annoyed as I am.

The image above is a screenshot from my phone. There's over a hundred of these texts now, please help me!!!!

Please report this to Skype Customer Service: contact customer service

I would also recommend changing your account password ... your friend ought to, as well.
