Skype/Facebook permission

I was installing the latest Facebook and was wondering why Skype is requesting all these permissions.

Some I understand, like the basic information, check-ins, facebook chat(the most obvious one) and info about my friends.

It's the rest that I find a bit odd. Access to my photos and videos, posting to Facebook as me, and access to my data even when I'm not using Skype.

So, in short, why does Skype need all these extra permissions?

Re: Skype/Facebook permission

Windows 7, PC computer.

Don't see how it should be machine/device specific, since it's requesting facebook specific permissions

Re: Skype/Facebook permission

What is even more frustrating is that if you happen to agree to one - it disappears and I can't find anywhere to change my mind. This is REALLY BAD. They keep asking you till you agree and then take away the item so you never see it or have the option to change it. Ready to un-install all !! Anyone know how to get to the permissions once they are checked ? BAD !!! Bad !! Bad !
