Dear, i have been using skype for years and around last year i bought some skype credit, however after using that i never bought any credit anymore. Today i wanted to buy new credit and my account says it is not possiblecand that in order to be able to buy any credit i needed to contact the support team. I have however been able to use my account for skype to skype the whole year. Please help

Skype's anti-fraud measures may have flagged either your account or the payment method you may have on file as being potentially fraudulently accessed. Please do reach out to Skype Customer Service to verify your account with them; we here in the Community do not have access to accountholder records.

Good catch! Thank you for pointing out that in my instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service that the blue "Send" button has been replaced with a green Next button, and that to file an e-mail request, we click "Send."
