In the last couple of days I've been having a problem using Skype to go, and I've never had this problem before. Nothing has changed on my end as far as the telephone I use. When I call a local Skype to Go number, I am greeted with an automated Skype message saying that my phone is not recognized. I go through the two-step process of pfoving a saved number and my PIN. This doesn't work, even after I want to the web site and re-entered my saved numbers and PIN number. My phone service is part of a Comcast bundle, and I called Comcast to confirm that my line sends out a caller ID. Can someone tell me whether there have been recentl problems on the Skype end? What do I need to do to get this resolved.
By the way, I can call my usual numbers by using a headset with my computer and calling that was, with no problem.
