Loss of contact

Hi, I have a question about this: I've bought Freetalk webcam for my Sharp LC40LE830E TV. In TV there is newest

Firmware installed. Untill the time I've started to use skype in TV (I was using it

in my laptop, cellphone and my PC) i didn't have any problem. After first login from

the TV I've lost some of my contact's, this is repeating after each login from the

TV. From what I know contact's are saved and synced with server. Those contacts are

gone not only from skype on TV but from all of the skype's I'm using. I was browsing

trough the net I've found some forum where they described same problem, and they said

that the problem was incompatibility of the versions of skype. is this true ? How can this problem be solved? That webcam costed much so I want to use it so can

anyone help me with this?

There is no version incompatibility causing the contacts to be deleted, i'd rather suspect the TV's Skype version to behave odd there. I recommend creating a new Skype account just for usage on the TV (e.g. "Living_room_account").
Also please contact Skype customer support to get the deleted contacts on your main contact restored: http://support.skype.com
