I got a "System Notice Online MainTENANCE" call

[10:30:24 PM] *** Call from SYSTEM NOTICE™ ONLINE MAINTENANCE, duration 01:48. ***

This call gave me a website to go to, stating that something in my computer wasn't safe, i went to the side but didnt click on anything and it said that a back door and what not was opened, and a few other things as if it had scanned my computer. However I went and used my own two scanners and nothing showed up. Why would I get a call like that on Skype stating such actions had taken place on my computer when in fact it had not? I would like to know if this call had come from Skype or an outside source.

I got this call to... i'm worried it was a hacking call or something... is there any way to find out??

I got two of thse calls today, mere minutes apart..... What are they?

i just had one too, seems dodgy, i googled the website and all options came up in gobledy **bleep** (or encrypted or something) so i stayed well away and started looking here for answers.

Me too!  I thought it seemed dodgy so I just ignored it!  I had two this morning already.

Yup- just got a call myself.  I blocked the user and will be submiting a ticket to support so they are aware.

I have been receiving these calls too. They have been coming from the following contacts: system.wxp7.9, REPAIR@SYSTEM MAINTENANCE, maint.gob and maintenance.gp9. A message is left instructing you to visit a webpage DO NOT FOLLOW ANY INSTUCTIONS LEFT BY THE AUTOMATED MESSAGE, IT IS A SCAM!!! For more information go to wpsecuritylock.com/skype-scam-alert-fake-virus-call-from-system-alert/

i got 2 calls aswell telling me 2 go  to www.swsgm.com to fix my computer, can any one tell me if this a scam or not i haven done any thing yet, or is there any number i can call for skype , to talk to some one befor i do, please help. thank you
