How to delete usernames in Skype login screen

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to delete usernames from showing up in the drop-down list of usernames that appear on the initial Skype login screen.  I have a family account that I don't mind showing up, but I would like to have a more personal one that I'd rather not show up when the rest of my family uses Skype on our family computer.
