How to block unwanted Spam conference requests in skype

When I open a sent link, starting conference dial wrote to every one of subscribed list of my skype friends

and it keeps requestinq different conferences all the day long. I keep deleting the from the list of my skype

Please run a virus scan, most likely, you have clicked on a malware link.

Additionally, please check this as well, and remove any approved applkication, that does not seem like it should be there: https://support.skype.com/en-us/faq/FA218/Can-I-control-which-applications-connect-to-my-Skype-for-W...

Note: Never click on a link, even sent from a contact, if it looks "Odd" or out of place, because these types of malware, spread, by infecting those that click on a malware link, and then sending same to ALL their contacts as well.

I am having the same trouble and no other programs which has access to skype, also no virus found..did not click on any link...
