Can't Login or Renew Password Skype is not recognizing my email address

When I try to sign in with my account I recieve an incorrect username/password response. This occurred both on my mac and when trying to sign in directly on the site.

When trying to reset password, the site claims to not recognize the email as being associated with any account. I have tried to attach a screen capture from my son's skype clearly showing my  skype name and account however turns out this forum does not allow images to be attached

I have never purchased any skype credits on this account so payment information is not an option for verification.

What do i do? this is extremely annoying and completely out of the blue. Please help

if your account has a billing or purchase history in the last 6 months, you can request for a new password without the need of your registered email address.  just click the link below;

I just signed up, downloaded, got password.   Now, i attempt to sign in, and I get nothing but ads on different features--no place spot to place a call, enter contacts, do anything--except to click on a topic, and get more information.  No way into my actual account, even when I try to log in on the initial welcoming email, from Skype.

This keeps on, I am out forever.  I had an account 10 years ago, and it worked well.  I will bet it is the "improvements" that sink this--so laden with extras that nothing works, unless you are a computer scientist.
