Blocked contact

Dear all,

I am using Skype for business reasons, and one of my colleagues, for whatever reason, is blocked in my list. I am also blocked in his list. So we have to do the weekly follow-up calls over phone, but both of us would like to do it over Skype and cannot. Where could I send my inquiry to have this contact opened again by Skype?

I have the same problem, worse than you, I have two contacts blocked. Do not know how to unblock. Does anyone help?
Is it the pain due to free usage?

if that user is blocked in your contact list only, you can simply right-click on their username in your contact list, then select the unblock option (there is also a similar menu in the Tools >> Options >> Privacy section).  However, if their account is blocked by Skype, they may need to contact customer support - contactus@skype.net.

try this, download trillian, is another message service and from there block an unblock your contacts... good luck
