Account suspended?

my skype account has been suspended and was asked to contact support.

The first time i contacted support i was told to wait and no reason was given other than it was suspended by the system. That was a month back.

 

I contact support again today and was told to wait again and no other answer was given. The support guy even suggested me to create a new account.

 

can any one answer my question as to why my account was suspended and how can i get it unsuspended or at least unlink my microsoft account from this account?

I have the same problem they dont even send me an notification email about the suspended account.

 

For me passed only 1 week, and they tell to me exactly the same things they sayd to you.

 

But i hope in the further i will receive any infor about my acc.

 

(The most bad thing is they did this to me exactly on my birthday)

Same thing with me and my account is still suspended, but the irony is that my subscription is still being renewed automatically and I am ending up paying for services that I am not being allowed to use..

Cant understand what Skype is upto?

Mine is suspended also,,,,never can speak to anyone with the authority to give you real answers about why and for how long!  Mine was suspended because someone hacked in and used my credit card to purchase Skype credit.  Skype chat told me to immediately cancel my credit card and then suspended my service without telling me.  This was 6 weeks ago.  I get emails that my suspension is released, but to first contact chat and then chat says no you are still suspended!  It is so frustrating.  I just want to talk to someone with answers.  Chat folks just give me quotations---we are investigatng......lalalala.  I want to talk to someone in the know..Skype has horrible customer service!!!  Worst I have ever dealt with in 60 years!

I have the same problem now. This is a damned bother because I use Skype credit to call my family and that account had credit on it.

 

How long did it take for everyone to resolve this issue?

wasting the client's time is a prereq for skype customer service, your experience should be a stand up comedy routine.
