20 yr old contacting my 13 yr old through Skype

I have asked Billy Depaolis several times to leave my daughter alone. I took Skype away from her she just uses it at her friends house or the library. I removed him from her Skype and reported him to Skype. I have asked him on several occasions to leave her alone. I can not find a contact email address for Skype anywhere! I want this .... to leave my kid alone.

Please tell me my options or suggest some contact information for the folks at Skype.

thanks

Re: 20 yr old contacting my 13 yr old through Skype

 Dear Sir or Madam,

To clarify, when you state, "I removed him from her Skype and reported him to Skype," you did not specify exactly how you did so.  The best way to report abuse is not only to block the unwanted contact, but also to check in the box Report as abuse; doing this alerts the Skype staff immediately.

For further reference, please see this information:

4. Report these incidents directly to Skype Customer Support: contact customer service

Include the user's Skype name in your report.

Last and certainly not least, do not hesitate to contact local law enforcement authorities.

Best regards,

Re: 20 yr old contacting my 13 yr old through Skype

Thanks I did that. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to email Skype. Maybe a direct message from them will get his attention?

FYI: local law enforcement will not help. He is out of their jurisdiction and I can not prove he has broken any laws.

Thanks
