Will not load my account information.  The page with the lock on it just keeps on and on and never loads.

I have the exact same problem, it's been the case for almost a month now! Have you found out the reason this is happening?

I am pulling my hair out because I am having the same problem.  What happened to the experts?  Did anyone get an answer as to what the problem is?  I've shut down SKYPE several times and am still no able to get into my account to even edit the information therein.  Help anyone?
