i received an email earlier today saying
Product name: 5% discount, Package
Total amount: $39.87
Transaction date: Mar 31, 2012
but never purchased that
if i were to cancel it, it would cancel at the next subsription after i would be charged. how can i cancel this and get the refund for this when i have never even purchased this? How is this even possible?
