i have purchased unlimited world, but issues

i have old credit balance with my account.

today i have purchased one unlimited world calling, and got the confirmation from Skype for the same.

 

but when i am making call to AUS, skype is dedecting the amount from my old balance, the new subscription is not working.

 

plz help.

Calling to: AUSTRALIA TOLL FREE NUMBER Start with 1300

I have the same problem. Skype charged me $10 through paypal when my balance was low, but I have unlimited calling.

Hello,

1. This indicates that you are calling outside your Plan coverage. To which country are you calling and are you calling landlines or cellphones?

2. If you have been incorrectly charged you will be reimbursed but it is very unlikely that you have been wrongly charged.
