1 - Cancel your first subscription and ask Customer Service to refund you
2 - Buy the other one.
Be warned however that unlimited Netherlands does not include mobiles; but landlines only !
Foyan, I'm being told right now that they don't let people change country once it's been chosen in SKype Premium, unless it hasn't bene used yet? The subcription, or whatnot?
After finally finding your solution and then finding a way through to customer services, I am now told that I can not change my premium account until the end of the subscription period. I am told there is no credit available for the unused period. So I have to wait 10 months and then resubscribe requesting a different country for the free calls.
Customer services are none too helpful in that regard!!!!
