You are almost out of credits, buy more to enjoy Skype!

"You are almost out of credits, buy more to enjoy Skype!"

This is the kind of ad and orange circle notification I see because I have 5 cents left of credit. I recently purchased subscriptions to make my credit balance basically irrelevant. There should be some way for me to indicate that I have no intention of increasing my credits so I would not be bothered by these nonsensical notifications. In fact, I wish there was a button that would let me donate the 5 cents to a charity, but only if I am then not also told, "You don't have credits, you should buy some." This is a usability problem mostly since the service - unlike others - is working for me. I am willing to pay for the service, but the whole experience should be smarter and more thoughtful.
