Where are my credits??

I purchased an international package and I have the receipt to confirm it but on Skype it doesn't show my credits and so I can't make any calls. Why? Who do I contact to get the credits that I paid for so that I can make calls. It's quite urgent as I am making international calls and with the time difference, I'm running out of time.

There are delays and problems with posting auto-recharge credits now too. It seems that Skype is having problems posting credits to subsystems. I am logged in with Windows and Linux clients, and Skype showed four different balances at the same time. This is a major degradation from service levels of several months ago.

You have purchased Unlimited World subscription and it is active, but it doesn't include calls to Switzerland mobile numbers.

Also purchasing a subscription doesn't show on your balance, since balance only shows Skype Credit.

There might have been a small delay in auto-recharge, but if you see different balance on Windows and Linux client then it might be a connection issue.

Hi! got no idea why I'm bothering to pursue this any further, but where are my credits, don't even know who I'm talking to, got all the receipts got nothing in my a/c, can anybody help caleb.dredge1

Please make sure you finish your orders, at the end you should get a confirmation that order is delivered via email and also order status would be delivered in your order history.

Seems I am having the same problem as everyone else.

Today:
Purchased 1 x £10 skype credit using my credit card, which did not show.
Then as calls were important purchased another 1 x £10 credit through paypal that also did not show.

Both have been charged and have email receipts.

When can I expect to see the credit in my account please?
