Please notice the discrepency. In 5 days you at SKYPE decide to top up my account.
On the 11th you topped it up 32.74 euro and FAILED to show it on my telephone subscription indicator below my name....

On July 11th you topped it up 32.74 and 5 days later 28.75.
THIS IS ABSURD when I did not need to be topped up after 5 days.
I need answer please....and upgrade your support....
