Urgent refund required

Unauthorised amounts have been taken from my Paypal account in the amounts of $15.99 on 28 Feb no 588381635 and 30 mar 598933042.  When I enter this post, my name is coming up as quest4fun, yet my skype name is MsIrelande01.  I am getting no responses from you in this regard.  Can you please action asap and refund these amounts.  Then please confirm.  Please advise to whom I can contact in relation to this fraudulent action.

Hi Dear, Once your have subscribed to this service I don't think so you will get a refund. You need to think twice before you give out. BTW are you sure you have paid them???
