Subscriptions

I just noticed I was being charged for two subscription.  One covered the US and the other covered the US and Canada.  Not sure why this was happening but could I receive a credit for the US subsciption since it was covered by the other one?

Also I wanted to get a world subscription, but I didnt see Grand Cayman listed as one of the countries.  Is there a seperate charge for that country?

Re: Subscriptions

These subscriptions can run at the same time since they are not identical. One of them covers Canada and the other doesn't.

Regarding refund please contact customer service: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170/How-can-I-contact-Skype-Customer-Service

If you are eligible for a refund then they will gladly assist you with that.

Cayman Islands have a separate subscriptions: http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/prices/pay-monthly/#KY

Re: Subscriptions

I have had an unlimited subscription since January 2012....as of February 26 my checking account was charged for another month. But I am not able to make calls from skype since last night March 8th 2012...everytime I try to make a call, it says to buy credits ????? The calls are within the USA by the way!!!
