Skype has made 3 unauthorized charges to my card as of now. These must be reversed imediately or i will be deleting my service and having the rest of my family do this as well. It is very unprofeessional to make unauthorized charges and these forces a low balence account into over draft. Please fix this!!
It has happened to me for four months and I have been deeply troubled by this too. I tried to call or email or even live chat with any human being in Skype but so far have had no luck yet. Please help me out.
I do hope Skype can leave a type of communication mean for their customer to communicate with them.
