I just bought a unlimited world subscription. The order number is [removed for privacy]. But when I make a phone call, it cannot connect and show a notice said "you have no credit". What' s wrong with it? Why I cannot make any phone call??

Are you calling a cell phone? Only certain countries have unlimited cell phone.  Unlimited is for landlines only.  Cell phones unlimited are for countries such as US,Can, Hong Kong, Thailand and a couple of others.

I try both cell phone and normal phone number. It always said have no credit. Do I need add credit on this account? But I already bought unlimited subscription for a whole year!
