Just purchased the yearly subscription to all of the US last night. 12 hours later, still doesnt work. When I attempt to make a phone call, I am prompted to purchase credits. However, both my account and email notice claims to have 'delivered' my package. Any thoughts?

Using the "Account" link at the top of this page, please logon as the Skype name in question.
Click the "Show purchase history" link on that page to make sure that the subscrioption has in fact completed and is not in a pending state and shows completed.
Verify that in fact you have the subscription you wanted, you can also click the "Subscription" link to view the date it will expire.
Has the purchase of the subscription completed and is it the correct subscrption that covers the area and phone types you wanted?

Hello,
You are located in the United States.
This message indicates that you may be using an incorrect dial string.
Remember that you must use the international access code even when calling within a country.
The correct dial string for calling to/within the USA is +1 xxx xxx xxxx
Failure to use this sequence will prompt the system to ask you for credit.
TIME ZONE - US EASTERN - PHILADELPHIA PA USA - UTC/GMT MINUS 5 HOURS
I recommend that you always run the latest software version: Windows & Mac
If my advice helped to fix your issue please mark it as a solution to help others.
Please note that I don't respond to unsolicited Private Messages. Thank you.

I do not see a link for filing a support request.
However, I have indeed verified my purchase within the purchase history. I have also verified that it has been delivered and paid for.
What now?

You don't need Skype Credit if you have a subscription and you are calling country that is covered by your subscription.
I suggest checking your call history:
https://secure.skype.com/account/call-history
For example if you see that you are calling US number and you have Unlimited US and Canada then Skype Credit should not be used.
Note: Unless you have exceeded fair usage policy.
If you have questions about your call history feel free to contact Skype Customer Service, they can explain every call charges in more detail.

Based on your call history it seems you have successfully made calls to US now, but if you still have question then Skype Customer Service can be reached at:

Please moderators can you get it made more apparent, it seems that many persons and I have had exactly the same questions made of me are not aware that Skype is not a country, has no international dialling code so you ALWAYS have to use the international dialling code even if as in my case I am just ringing next door.
