Hello, I just paid for unlimited use for Switzerland, it says EURO 7.99/month, then had to find out I got a credit for CHF17 after trying to make a call and it deducted some money. Why is it for one, charging me CHF17 if I signed up for 7.99 and why is it deducting money if it is supposed to be unlimited???????????????? Am very annoyed to say the least. Is this the way Skype does business???? Also, it seems to be impossible to find an email to contact Skype. Why is there no email listed?
