On March 3rd I purchased a subscription for 1 month to South Africa. Unfortunately, I have had to make way more calls than orginally thought, and ran out of minutes the 9th of March. I decided to buy another subscription so I could have a bundle of 120 minutes again, this seemed to make more sense than to buy skype credit.
The order number for March 9th is
It states that the subscription has been delivered, However no minutes are showing up on my skype account. As soon as the payment went through on March 9th I received a notification that a subscription had been canceled, which was the exact opposite of what happened.
Please give me my 120 skype minutes that I payed 26.99 CAD for!!!

You have a monthly Plan. The new minutes which you purchased will be added to your account once the present month's coverage is complete (i.e. April 3rd.).
Unfortunately it's not possible to "shorten" the month by purchasing additional minutes.
