Why does my subscription start on May 3rd when I paid on April 30th? It said my subscription was delivered and the money was deducted from my account yesterday, so I just made an 1+ hour call, and it wasn't deducted from my subscription! I was not informed of the delay in my subscription, and how is it a monthly subscription if it isn't continous?!
