Skype to Go with Premium or Unlimited subscription

I use Skype to Go regularly and am currently paying on a per call basis.

If I purchase a Premium or Unlimited subscription would I still pay for calls made through Skype to Go? Also, would I still pay the Skype connection fee for each call?
