i have subscription but still charge skpe credit for call forwarding

i have unlimited USA, Canada, Ireland and uk subscription whihc includes mobiles and yet i am still being deducted money from my skype credit for forwarding calls, why is this? the calls are from the us however that shouldn't matter, hope you can clear this up as im already down around £15 when i should be covered by my subscription.

Hi,

Your subscription covers US&Canada mobiles since in these countries mobile and landline number rates are the same, but for UK and Ireland only landlines are covered.

You can check subscription coverage from purchase page and from your account page: https://secure.skype.com/account/call-phones/packages

If you saw that mobiles in UK and Ireland should be covered as well then could you post me the link so I can check it.

I have a low balance subscription and a new zealand subscription for mobiles and landlines..  Yesterday I had both my subscriptions filled so $10 for low balance and $17.49 for new zealand.  I made a 10 minute call to New Zealand today and it made my balance skype cedit $5.46, so im confused whats happening here.. in addition I only signed up for the new zealand credit for 3 months and now its month 4 and its still charging me and i dont want it anymore because I think premium might be better for me. PLEASE help me get my $ back.
