Dear Sir or Madam, I went through Hell trying to sign up for your free service for free calls and unlimited video and voicemail-and my Case Worker and I believed all was well until I found that you are going to charge me! That is NOT the service we requested, I am disabled and on Social Security and cannot afford to spend another penny. Please correct this IMMEDIATELY and send me my new phone number as well. I also would like to be directed to the area where it tells you how to make a phone call, retrieve your messages, and even do video calls if needed-I am looking for work and this is very important that I receive this information ASAP. All subscriptions are recurring by default as explained in terms of service and during sign up process. In case you forgot to cancel recurring payments manually on your account page then automatic payment was done correctly.
