Hi
Further to previous posts, my subscription was due to reset on May 7th but it hasn't as yet. Pls can you explain why? It says I exceeded my limit but that it would reset on that date. Thanks.

Hi,
Minutes are reset based on purchase date and time. In your case it's bit later today, not on the 7th.
You can check exact purchase date and time if you go to order history and click on subscription order: https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/ orders
