Premium subscriptions and skype adds

Asked again 3 WEEKS ago but didnt get an answer.

Is it THAT difficult to support your paying customers?

Dear sirs, 

I am a newly premium subscriber. I would like to ask you why my skype client (5.8 for windows 7) shows adds to join skype premium although I am already registered as a premium user.
