Paid credit but No minutes

Dear support team
i've buy the subscription: 400mins monthly on March 5, call from australia to malaysia mobile and landline, the payment has been done, but still can't get the minutes renew since it said would renew on 6 mar 2012 on the skype webpage,

My username is zhenhao10251 and i am using i-phone.
pls follow my case and renew my minutes as soon as possible.
