Skype is making it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel my subscription.
I go to my account page and click on 'subscription' but it leads me to a blank page.
I also followed the direction in the guide but that did not get me anywhere.
Please, give me simple instructions on how to cancel my skype subscription. Treat me like I am simple-minded.
I've checked right now on my own account and I'm able to cancel premium subscription without any problems. There might have been some temporary issue, can't really say.
Anyways this is something that needs an investigation and I assume you will be needing also a refund for the latest payment.
Note: If you cancel a subscription on account page then it will only cancel recurring payments.
