Online number doesn't work

Hi, I recently extended my online number for another year. However, it looks to me that the extension didn't work.

Although I was charged for $30, my skype number doesn't show up on the phones anymore when calling out. 

Please let me know what's going wrong here.

Same exact problem. Recently renewed subscription, now my number doesn't show up on phones when I call out. Calls being ignored, problem for business. What do I do?

my account does not say anything about the registration of the online number.

Does it take abt 1 day for the online number to take effect? my money is already debited from the card.

I realize this post is a bit old, but I'm having this same problem and it has been over 10 days since I paid for my renewal. My family has been trying to contact me for a week and they can't get through either. This is how I keep in contact with my family while living overseas and it is VERY frustrating.

Your Online Number is active, but if you are not able to receive calls when you are online then customer service will need to investigate this.
