I was informed this afternoon that my subscription had been successfully cancelled !!!
I was confused and went to my account where it was said that my online number was going to expire in 2 days.
I did not really understand as the online number was garanteed by my montly Unlimited Europe Subscription with a monthly direct debit setting!
I then went to pay for a one year subscription to garantee my online number ; I paid £20.13 (£35 -£17.50 discount).
Now I am told that my Umlimited Europe Subscription will expire in 2 days.
I understand that my visa card detail had expired
Could you explain to me what to do now as I do not want to loose the Unlimited Europe Subscription and therefore want to get a refund for the one year subscription for an online number supposidely covered by the Unlimited Europe Subscription.
