Hello

I just purchased monthly subscription 5.99 euros (to call unlimited landlines in Europe) + Skype Credit 5.00 euros (to call mobiles also). The total bill is 12.64 euros including the VAT bill (order no.524074688 . However in the purchases history it is showing another order number ( 524074687). Actully what is skype credit (5 euros)?; initially it showed that it is to call mobiles.

I did not want this second order 524074687. Please tell me what to do?Total purchase should only be 12.99 euros.

Hi,

Extra 5EUR is just Skype Credit that you can use for calling mobile and all these calls will be charged from Skype Credit based on these rates: http://www.skype.com/intl/en/prices/payg-rates/
Plus connection fee http://www.skype.com/go/connectionfee

Since Unlimited Europe doesn't include any mobile numbers customers are offered the option to also purchase some credit in case you need to make calls to mobile from time to time.

Even though you made only 1 payment 2 products were purchased (Skype Credit and Unlimited Europe). This is why you also have 2 order numbers.

5 EUR Skype Credit
5.99 EUR Unlimited Europe
Which is 10.99 in total (12.64 including VAT)
