Monthly Subs credit not delivered to acct

I have a Monthly Credit Subscription(Botswana) of 60mins.

I used 24mins last month & have 36 remaining & still showing on my account.

Now I have rec'd my 'Purchase Delivery' email for new monthly subscription, but it still shows Last months Credit?? & not the new 60mins?

Can anyone help?

Hi,

Recurring payment is taken 3 days before expiration date, but your minutes will still be reset on the 27th.

You will not loose these 3 days, it's taken before in case there are any delays with the payment or problems with funding source. Three days will give customer some extra time to fix what ever problem there might be before subscription expires.

The following details I got message from your 2 deduction of my monthly package

you sent me my purchase order as follows

product name package

total amount $8.99

transaction date Aug 30 2011

order number 522969674

order status  delivered

Still I did not get the minutes and says renewal on 2nd sep 2011

I could not call any one because in my account page it says o you have used all minutes

please do the need full
