What did you buy Limited Minutes, have you used them all or an Unlimited subscription?
Using the "Account" link at the top of this page, please logon using the Skype name in question, then click the "View Purchase History" to see what state the transaction is in.
What type of call plan did you purhcase, and what state is that transaction in? Completed, Pending, or another state?
I just bought a month subscription for Malaysia and when I entered the mobile number it said that it wasn't valid. I bought a 1 month- mobile and landline for 13.99. I have already received calls from this number during this past week and thought this would be easier, not so far.

Your account shows that with some numbers country code was entered twice +6060....
