Currently every mont on 18th I have my skype minutes 400, if I want to change becoming 120,when the best time I do that so it can be applied.

Dear Support Team!

I need to make calls from India to USA.  I guess I made a mistake while selcting the subscription choice.  I picked USA hoping to call to USA.  It appears that plan is for calls initiated in USA for another US number.  Please help.  I am ready to switch to the appropriate subscription so I can make calls from India to USA

Hi Reny,

Your subscription has been extended for another month, because you did not cancel your payment agreement.

If you wish to change amount of minutes, you should cancel your package. Later on you need to place a new order and select preferred subscription.

Hi,

Your location does not matter.

I can see that you have purchased " Unlimited US & Canada 12 months" subscription, but you try to call invalid number.

Make sure that you include the international dialling code for every call you make, even local ones.

You can ensure the code is correct by selecting it from the dropdown list, rather than typing it in yourself. To select an international dialling code, just click on the flag at the top of the dialling pad and select the country you want from the list.

I made the wrong choice of subscription - I chose landlines in Finland instead of landlines and mobiles. The landline package is no use to me. How do I change it? i paid for 12 months.
