Ok, I got the skype to go, put money on the account, and tried to call my husbands cell phone via a local number as program is set up for, he recieved finally a call through however he got a message saying that the call was going to go through 2 other places and that he would have to pay for the calls should he answer it.
his phone is in Mexico city MX. currently, and mine is in Oregon USA. i got a number with same area code as mine.
(I can send sms without a issue though, I could do that priorly just from my regular pc client.) It also deducted the amount for calling even though he did not answer it, is that normal?
Can someone help please and show me how to get it to work. thanks
