I purchased a 3 month "unlimited" subscription to Canada on the 24th of Dec.
I use it to call my girlfriends cell.
According to the info in my account it says I have used up my daily alotted time?
At best we talk for an hour. In the 3 days I have called her maybe a total of 3 hrs.!
Need some feedback on this.
I just looked at the call history & it is alllll WRONG as to time!!!!!!!
45 hrs?? ummmmm NO.
Can someone get this straightened out please. Not impressed.

Hi,
Could you please double check your call history from:
https://secure.skype.com/account/call-history
On the 27th there are 2 calls that lasted over 6 hours in total.
Important: Fair usage 6 hours is calculated based on GMT time therefore if you are in a different timezone it might be that one of the calls is in 26th. (Depending on your time difference)
If you did not make those 2 calls or calls have wrong duration then please contact customer service:
https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170/How-can-I-
If you haven't deleted your call history then you should be able to double check call history also from Skype application.
Andre
